The Verge Building is the collaboration of New Mexico natives who are at their core true entrepreneurs.  They understand from personal experience the need in Albuquerque for a specific work environment that is tailored to the requirements of small high tech companies. In establishing their own creative workspace, the Verge Building Partners realized they could solve an important problem for startup tech companies by providing economical commercial space specifically focused on the needs of growing tech companies.

Beginning in September, the Verge Fund, a successful venture capital firm whose principals have been involved in the creation and development of more than 35 New Mexico high tech companies, will become the largest tenant in the building along with five of its portfolio companies. The presence of Verge, its principals and pack of dynamic startup firms, will create an unparalleled environment for the development of new companies and jobs in New Mexico.

Aside from the portion of the building occupied by Verge, a substantial number of offices and work stations will be available to technology enterprises. This unique space in the Verge Building has been designed to meet the requirements of rapidly growing companies who demand efficient low cost and flexible space. 

  • No long term contracts.
  • No minimum on the number of work spaces that must be leased.
  • Tenants can lease offices, work stations or a mix of both depending on available space.  Additional offices or work stations can be added at any time, subject to inventory. 
  • Shared audio-video enabled conference rooms and meeting spaces.
  • Telephone (3000 minutes per month), internet data, scan/copy/printing, reception services and basic furniture are included in the monthly pricing.
  • Tenants will have the opportunity to interact daily and drink fabulous coffee with other startup businesses and successful entrepreneurs in the building.
